Hi,
I have a 320 that I want to hook up to my laptop. I have the cable that came with the unit and I purchased a serial to usb cable so that I could hook it up to the laptop.
My problem is that my laptop and
home PC will not pick up the device. Is there something I am missing? Do I need some special software or something?
We have oziexplorer and natmap raster.
Any suggestions would be appreciated
Jeff

Hi Jefrey:
I have a 310 (very basic unit) hooked into a Toshiba laptop.
Assuming that you have power everywhere, and you are outside, go to the Oziexplorer Menu to "Moving Map/Start NMEA Communication etc etc ...
As long as everything else is setup correctly you should get something happening.
