PROBLEM SOLVED...
Found a great Comms outfit in Townsville - UHFCOMMS in Garbutt...
I just turned up on their doorstep in the rain...
Took them 5 minutes to diagnose a dodgy Remote Handset...
And another 2 minutes to plug in a regular mic...
There ya go...
All fixed... $35...
Top Service... Top People...

Hi Jeddo , Thanks for the info . I have trouble with my UHF and will be in Charters Towers in about a month . I have a sister in Townsville who I last saw in Jan 06 so will kill two birds with the same stone . Get the UHF fixed and see the my sister too . Thanks again . Vern
