Has anyone had problems with theirs? We cannot get ours to work. Red LED flashes, and believe it or not, the fan won't turn off unless we take out the fuse! Megan

The two major causes of your problem are:
# Failure to remove external exhust cap.
# Poor gas flow due to a faultyLPG regulartor. Any restriction to gas flow will prevent the heater from lighting.

Do a search through the Forum here. Seems Truma do not have many happy users.

Truma do a gas hot water service as well as the gas space heater - the latter seems to have had good raps overall, unless I've missed something. As mentioned above, there are several conditions that will produce various coded red light indications - check the manual.
