Review: Galena Bridge Rest Area - WA

Hard to find at night but a picture to awake to. Very busy roadside best to park at the furtherest point away from road. Loved the choice of two entry points. There is also a small link/bridge between the north entry and the south entry off the main road. Busy park bay also. Ground was rock hard where we parked but we used the tent poles and camp beds to hold camper tent in place. Got down to 1 o2 degrees over night as ice was on everything in the morning and we froze all night.(Our first night stay on a 6wk trip). The rest area has cement picnic tables and chairs and areas for bush camp fires however not much wood around where we were. Plenty of shade. A really nice spot.
