Do not know anything about Chipit chips but as you asked which one is the best I must say DP Chip. I have the DP Chip in my Patrol (2011) and could not be happier with the performance/ power and fuel consumption.

A number of the Hilux guys including myself are using the Chipit chips with good reliable results.
There support is very good as well, don't know how they go in other vehicles though.

Best to speak to fuel injection specialists in your local area about brands that increase rail pressure....most of them, but not all, do increase rail pressure.

It's good for their business....bad for your wallet.
