Has anyone had ane experience with Matrix Solar Panels? They are an American brand and have the same specifications as most brands available in Aus. eg BP etc. I have access to a pair of 80w for $600 (brand new) which is probably about $800 under the cost of new Aus ones. They come with a 15y warranty.Jack at sleep

Nobby,
With that price and warranty I think that it would be hard to go wrong, assuming that the construction is similar to the mono & multi crystaline panels we see in Aus (beware amorphous panels - a personal opinion).

Is the price you quote a one off, or is that a recommended retail, and from which supplier (if you don't mind sharing)?

Cheers
Craig

Craig.. I am sure there are more available and will be there for some time. Once I have got mine I will let you know first before I let them know on this site. I spoke to the local solar shop and he said he would take all I can get, so he must think they are ok.Jack at sleep

Nobby, are these still available? Have not seen any further post, so presume they are not? Thanks.
