The Barrington Trail

Hi all,
For driving to the top of Mount Barrington I have noted the guidance herehttp://www.exploroz.com/TrekNotes/NSW/Barrington_Tops.aspx which mentions the Barrington Trail (the 4WD trail from Barrington Tops Forest Road to Mount Barrington). Has anyone driven it recently and can give an indication as to its condition. I am aware that it is under a seasonal closure at the moment.
