I ordered the HEMA 6 direct on the phone with Adele because I had a different postal address than usual. We are on the road and the product was shipped on a Wednesday and arrived at the caravan park we are staying at in
Cairns, midday Friday, about an hour after we got here ourselves.
Worked straight out of the box. The Quick Setup Guide was fine by me, but I did have practice with the HN5.
Very happy with EO's great service.
