Define what you mean by rolled.

What van is it trying to fit to. There are many different profiles. Are you making a van?

You can buy Al sheet that can be bent and in different thicknesses. Do you want "mill" of coated.

Do you want to paint it later?

I have just been reading an article on the caravaners forum about some of the dramas people have had with water leaks etc. There was a fairly good post from a van repairer in Qld. Maybe a repairer in your area might be a good place to start. I hope you don't need to repair your van to the extent that some have had to do. Some of the photos were quite scary. Horror stories of wiring issues as well.

peter010474 is asking if anyone knows where you can get 2400mm wide aluminium sheet, suitable for a caravan roof.

He can decide the profile or lack of and if it comes on a roll etc.
That is why he wants to know a source of the material.

Where he is doesn't matter. He might be happy to freight it across Australia. He will negotiate with the supplier if he finds one.

So if anyone knows the answer to his question, perhaps they can help him.

Ulrich Aluminium sell flat 2500 X 0.9 mm wide off the coil however if you mean rolled into a profile then you may have trouble finding a wholesaler, maybe Car-Van accessories or Barnes Caravans.
