I purchased 4 pair of these socks on the strength of the review by Alex K as I was alter some good quality wool socks for both work and the outdoors. After 2 weeks of wearing them in the office with normal shoes, I can confirm that they are extremely comfortable with enough cushion to stop fatigue caused by being on your feet all day. Last weekend I had the chance to try them out with my walking boots in the Blue Mountains is temperatures around freezing. They performed as expected keeping my feet warm and dry. There is enough cushion and fill provided to make wearing them with my walking boots a joy.
I would highly recommend these socks to anyone after quality socks for either normal day use or in the bush.
