Question: Snorkel

air boxes are on the same side and pipe diameter is almost identical. The actual box on the diesel is bigger to allow a bigger air filter but other than that I believe the air intakes are very similar.

Yeah that's sorta what I figured. Smaller engine should be fine but I just wasn't sure as the turbo may require extra air. Thanks.

The 1hz naturally aspirated 95Kw engine shares the same snorkel and air cleaner as the 120Kw turbo motor which came out years down the track.

My 6.5l chev diesel in my cruiser has the original air cleaner and snorkel and doesn't suffer any problems.

Had the snorkel off when some damage was done to my guard and it ran just the same.
