Hi all
I have had Ozi Explorer,for several years ,Version 3.95.
I had my lap top Computer Update to Windows 7,Also have purchased Natmap Digital Maps 2008 Release

I can not get it to work on moving Maps ,I have tried to Phone them in West Australia on 0894033737. no won is in the office
Can any one tell me how I can update this program to Windows 7
or get these maps to work .
Or has any one a Contact Phone number to contact Tec Department so I can get advice

its not an ozi or maps issue or windows 7

i updated my computer running windows 7 and it works fine

whats your issue?

by any chance your not running a serial port adapter for your GPS are you?

if so you need a windows 7 compatable one

no I mean I just bought a computer that runs windows 7 and ozi and my maps worked fine straight off- i just neede a windows7 compatible serial port adapter

I think you will find the phone number you are using is for exploroz and not oziexplorer which I think is based in your state.

I am guessing that the configuration in Ozi reverted to default when you installed it on your new laptop. Every little bit of configuration must be correct. There are helpful pages on their website. You should also use the port checker utility to make sure you have the correct com port number (this may have changed too). You can also download for free the latest updates to Ozi provided you have the original security codes from the cd.
Go to File then configuration.
Open GPS tab and set this up, then open GPS tab and check this too.

Hi I have run Ozi on a W7 Netbook connecting via Bluetooth.
One of the biggest issues was matching the speed, can't quite remember but think it Was 4800 or 9600, Try both in Ozi configuration.

Com ports can also be an issue.

Been awhile since I tried it.
