WIth batteries, it weighs 245g in the pouch. Worth the weight for the security of having giardia free water when hiking.
Easy to use with just one button to activate. The Nalgene drinking bottle attachment fitted my bottle perfectly. It allows you to fill the bottle and insert the pen without breaking the seal that separates the untreated water from what is in the bottle.
