Hello
Notice a relatively recent thread on this subject (March 2012) but wondering current status of diesel fuel supplies (cost, availability). Just tried to ring but just answering machine. Will try again tomorrow, in the meantime….anyone been out there in last few months?
Thanks
Greg

Hello Colin
Thanks for that. I will however (if it actually happens) be driving out from
Newman to no further than
Georgia Bore, be messing around in the bush for a few days and then heading back west so Cotton Creek is far more convienient. I am fairly confident they will have fuel, just be nice to get a recent update on price for calculating "budget". Will get on the blower today again.
Cheers
Greg

Hello Joe
Any information on supplies available at the community will be greatly appreciated, in particualr price of fuel.
I have only tried to ring once so my efforts have been limited - maybe give me today to investigate myself (I shall report back). I assume we will be ringing the same number (08 9176 9009) - dont want to waste your time/money..but if you want to give him a ring feel free...thanks.
Cheers

...
well managed to get through to Parnngurr and was informed that Diesel was $3.00/litre. Sounds a bit cheap but I'll work on that for the "budget".
Cheers

Greg Hi,
12 months ago when their diesel was $4.00 per litre they told me that they were going to try and increase their "Tourist" dollar.
They also said that they were going to try and cut into CAP RH fuel sales, But that's a big drop in price.
Suggest you don't rely too heavily on supplies from the store.
Regards Mike.
