My 200 watt panel punches out 11+ amps easily, my 160 watt (2 X 80 watt folding) panels can knock out over 10 amps on a reasonably good day. So there is 21 amps without trying. Get a reasonably flat battery and the panels will produce better than that.

Your 20 watt reg is not quite good enough so I would get a 30 amp unit to be safe. It will blow the input transistors otherwise. I know, I have done it. Ruined a good 15 amp steca that way.

Cheers, Bruce.
