Hi I have 2 80 watt panel on a caravan and intend adding another 200watt panel,the regulator is 20 amp the dealer assume me it is big enough,he said divide the wattage by 17 and that will give you the size.you need what do you people think.

My 200 watt panel punches out 11+ amps easily, my 160 watt (2 X 80 watt folding) panels can knock out over 10 amps on a reasonably good day. So there is 21 amps without trying. Get a reasonably flat battery and the panels will produce better than that.
Your 20 watt reg is not quite good enough so I would get a 30 amp unit to be safe. It will blow the input transistors otherwise. I know, I have done it. Ruined a good 15 amp steca that way.

Hi Bruce I will upgrade to a 30 amp,was leaning that way better safe then sorry.
