Simpson desert no 2 video.

This one is a bit faster then the previous one, but still shows what it is really like out there. Watch this space as there will be more with people and photos in it. My son is the one with the canon camera and expertise. A meteorologist is his occupation, but photography is his passion.
Hope everyone gets it and enjoys it.

Yes, his photography has always been a sheer delight to us, especially on bushwalking trips. He has the patience for all the detail that we find a bit tedious. He just goes about it and gets all this fantastic stuff and puts it together. First time he ever did the desert and loved it. We have done it 17 times and he would always say "how boring" till he came and did it this year.
. He changed his mind completely and now loves it like we do. I think we will never stop doing it until we no longer can drive. It shows most people do not understand what is out there until they see it for themselves.

Yes , you are certainly right about the fact that most people just cant appreciate how beautiful this country of ours is , unless they get out there and just DO IT, and i hope your son keeps up his beautiful photography, cheers , lyn

it is nice to get such positive comments. Maybe we will take him on another trip sometime to do it justice. He has done bushwalking videos for us for some years and has put a few on youtube, but with this new camera the quality is just so much better than before.

Thanks everyone for the very positive comments. I know my son will appreciate it. He took a lot of hours putting them together. It took year to convince him that the desert was anything but boring!!!
Cheers
