Which 3lt engine Piri ?
I had 3 friends with 4cylinder version, all had issues and one had a chip and it definately helped the car.
Another one has the new V6 3lt diesel - and
well its a ripper and doesn't need a chip its even faster than my 4800 Petrol GU - but I'm working on this !

4cylinder & seems transmission may have been on way out when chip fitted & xtra power too much!!

Am not a fan of " Power up Chips"
IMHO
OK they make the vehicles get up and go !
But long term, it has to bugger things up.
More diesel, more power, more heat.
Better opening up the exhaust, and getting rid of heat that way, and pick up a little more power as
well.
Worked on my 3.0 TD Navara, with a pump timing advance, and had absolutely no turbo lag. "Instant on" power
