I have noticed lately that the fuel economy of my Terrano 2 diesel seems to vary quite dramatically, seemingly in direct relation to where I buy my fuel. Has anybody else noticed this discrepancy?

Shaker on the few occasions I have done my sums on the GU I thought that the
home to South Australian litres must get me a lot further than the ones from South Aussie to a supermarket discount outlet in Victoria. Maybe bigger ones than 4 cents off. Fuel economy went from one extreme to another.
Don't know that we have government weights and measures department as strong as we used to..... Then again perhaps I got it all wrong.Regards

I am fairly sure that I am getting the quantity of fuel .... not so sure about the quality though!

I found that same thing happening from time to time, theres a quality problem I think, I stick to the bigger sellers now and when travelling I go to the truckstops where mostly they sell lots of diesel so less chance of anything untoward getting into it.If you hold your heart and focus,
you will end up holding your dream
