Had smoko there on Tuesday, there was a tent, a ute wth a slide on and a large caravan there.
We have club meetings at the covered BBQ each March, the
ranger locks the toilets each night about 8.00pm.
It is a nice spot right next to a Flying Fox colony, a great site to see them head off in the evening. The Manning river is wide and beautifull at that point and
Wingham has some great
services including an award winning cafe. There is a Museum and lots of drives in the hills beyond the town.
I'm not sure the toilets are still locked if they encourage campers, allways thought it was a no overnight place.
It is a clean and
well maintained.
Enjoy your visit there.
