Depends, a lot of the time the streaks run from the roof down. This is generally fine dust build up that runs down the side of your van in the rain.
It can also be the window rubbers, after vibrating in the road they may give off a little dust and a similar streak will occur then it rains.
The recommended product will assist perfectly.

Or use a dab of "
Orange Oil" and gently rub. Available from Coles, Woolies etc. Non abrasive, natural ingredients. I have used it to get rid of road tar, bug splatter, black streaks... etc. Wash off any residue with water.
Cheers

Hi, WD-40 will also get rid of the tar etc, and won't hurt the paint work or exterior . can be used on the car as
well .
