Excellent customer service from EO shop.

A big thank you to the EO shop and Adele. My order arrived today and included a Sea to Summit hanging toiletries bag and a 3 pack of goo toobs and go tubs which I had bought from the shop only a few weeks ago. They and a number of other items, including a very expensive electric toothbrush were stolen while I was staying in Mallacoota recently, when I inadvertently left the toiletries bag behind after showering in amenities on my very first night. By the time I returned to search for them they were gone! It was a very expensive mistake and a sad reminder that not everyone is honest.

Adele very kindly offered me a generous discount if I decided to replace these items after I wrote about my experience in a recent blog, so on my return I took up the offer.
Once again.. thanks for looking after me....and for excellent customer service
