I am looking at buying a bull bar for my Toyota landcuriser (105 series , live front end). With so many bull bars on the market I'm not sure which is the right one for me . Any recommendations on one that is winch compatible?

Get the ARB or similar commercial bar.
Built in winch mount, aerial tabs, made of steel.

Or have a hunt around the wreckers and see if you can get the Toyota bar (made by ARB) for cheap. It's fitted with winch mounts (a warn bolts right up) and 1 aerial tab on the passenger's side.

Got the Iron Man bull bar and winch on my 105. Been on many 4WD trips including the Simpson Desert and never had a problem with it.

You can see a pic in my profile. Had it colour coded blue to match the car.

Go to Toyota and check theirs out, it is the same as the ARB one in fact it is built in the same factory and only half the price.

If you want a quality Bull Bar you can't go past a TUFF, just walk around the parked 4WD's at a cattle sale in western Qld.

Very nice, but the Old Mate wants to put a winch on it?
I don't see a spot for mounting a winch on them.

Tuff Bullbars are all winch compatable, just have to let them when you order it and they will build to suit. Same they will add aerial mounts, light mounts etc to your requirement.

Hi Rob,

I don't have anything to compare it to but I recently purchased the commercial winch bar from ARB and so far couldn't be happier. There is also a "deluxe" model but they don't make that for the live axle models but it's pretty much exactly the same thing just missing a few of the "aesthetics". I have attached a recent pic so you can see what it looks like, I don't have a winch installed yet but at least the provision for one is there. Cheers.

Craig
