Which maps for Victoria travelling and 4wd.

Hi guys and gals,
Just looking at getting some digital maps for my android HTC one x phone.
Any thoughts on the best maps for touring and 4wd use. Will be using memory maps and ozi.
Your thoughts would be handy..

If you are running Memory Maps or Ozi then the Vic topo 25K maps can't be beat for detail and the Hema for the big picture.
If you get them on Memory Maps you also get the 250K topo maps for free which are also great.
