G'day Russell
I would go to a wreckers and look at any of the Toyotas and other makes too.
If you get some of the motors out of crashed, bashed and broken rear doors of destroyed cars the winder motors are often the same unit across models and years.
You often find these motors in rubbish being thrown out because the whole assembly has been mangled.
Some are Nippon Denso, yours probably are, although there are also other brands.
If you find the motors they will have near new brushes and bearings and often the internals and sometimes the whole motor can easily be changed to a good one.
seeing you have to pull the whole door apart to get to them why not do the full replace and you then have no worries into the future.
Be aware sometimes you have to check the run direction if changing motors as some are made "frack to bunt". A simple wire swap will fix that though.
You can always swap your rears to the fronts if needed.
There are many ways to skin a cat.

If ya cant get em from toyota, you might try either a good powertool service company or a motor rewinder.
If you cant the exactly the right brush you might have to file em down.
cheers

I have a wrecked HJ80 if you are looking for a secondhand unit.
