If any one is going to it tomorrow (Friday) it would be much appreciated for a heads-up on the price of a 60lt ARB fridge?
Thanks
Rod

pretty sure the days of good deals at these shows are long gone
usually get as good or better deal going into the shops, shopping around checking out the equipment without 100 other people around the salsemen has to worry about , and working out the best price with him

I know it's not a ARB, BUT about 12 years ago we purchased a waeco 50ltr fridge for about $950, it's now pooped itself, and has to be replaced, today got a price on a Waeco CFX65 litre fridge for $1219, if this helps.
Have to say, purchased fridge new from a friendly dealer that has been known to me for a while.
Cheers

When you get your best price go to anaconda they say they will beat any price by 10%. Have had the pleasure of taking them up on it.

Hello Rod
Went to the show this morning. 60L ARB fridge /freezer was $1349, then $1300 after a minute or two! 47L was $1100. Both prices include travel bag
Lots of people there.

Hi Rod,
You may not need to go to the show for a good price on the ARB fridge. We were talking with a couple of ARB staff from the
Welshpool store who indicated that there is a catalogue sale on at the moment. The price is around the $1300 mark and includes the travel bag.
I asked if the club members 10% discount applied, it may be something to talk about with your ARB store manager.
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Wayne & Sally.

Thanks to all with you assistance on the ARB fridge.
During last week I did extensive online research for the best price on a 60lt ARB fridge but found nothing, it appears to be a very closed
shop. So I went to ARB in Osborne
Park, the
shop price was $1,416 fridge, bag $180.
At the show they were going for $1,300 with bag, I had the tie-down kit thrown in along with a couple of caps and stubbie holders, so a saving of approx $320. So I brought one.
When I got it home got it working, put 4 x 1litre containers of
water in it and set the temperature to -18 degrees, this morning they are frozen solid.
So for now my ever reliable Autofridge (39lt) can have a rest. Have considered selling it but might keep it as back-up.
See ya
Rod

was that test run on the mains? try it on 12 volt from a battery, curious to see if it goes as quick.
Often the mains supplies 14+ volts (car charging voltage) but your battery only 12.7 or less under load so quite a bit slower. Its the real world test that way.
