It seems the dunes between Lavis Lane and Anna Bay have been closed for months now. What's the deal? You would think that everything would be back to normal by now. Anyone with first hand knowledge?

My understanding is that
the beach is open between Lavis ln & Anna Bay, however you can't drive on the dunes, only on
the beach front itself. Also the recreational vehicle area is open to the South of Lavis lane. They also now reserve the right to close access to
the beach at any time in the event of "bad weather". That is my understanding based what the Woromi Conservation lands website says.

Yes that is what I said. However, the dunes between Lavis and Anna Bay have been closed for months and I was wondering if anyone knew when they might be open again. It seems strange that they are closed and no
camping anymore.
