We used this product extensively on our travels through the red centre to keep friends and family advised of our whereabouts via SMS, email and Facebook. We also setup the non-emergency assistance message with our kids for them to advise local roadside assistance of our need for assistance and our location. Fortunately we didn't need to use it.
We also took out the rescue insurance option.
The unit worked flawlessly.
10/10 for me :)
