G-day just wondering if anyone was at the
Ord River Muster last year ?. Wondering where abouts they held the concert and how was the availabilty of finding somewhere to
park up a caravan for the week that it was on . There still vacancies in some of the parks but i just wanted to know if they had an over flow for the rest of the punters that missed
park slots . Any info would be great and if you dont already know its staged for 19 th to 26 th may 2013 . Thank alot

The venue is the same each year - on the river bank adjacent to the golf course. Try contacting the Zebra Rock Gallery on
Packsaddle Road for a spot to
park up.

We have been for the past two years...enjoyed The concert last year more than this year. Concert normally starts around 4pm, take a picnic rug or low chairs, snacks and drinks, and its a great atmosphere. Or you can pay a few hundred $$$ each and go black tie. There is a lot of other good stuff to do whilst it's on, eg tour Argyle Diamond
Mine, Comedy show, tour Carlton Downs Station, rodeo, etc. My better half won a pale pink diamond at the Diamond Dig so it paid for our stay plus some!
The showgrounds opposite Ivanhoe Caravan
Park is fairly cheap if you want to stay there, but if you want to store the van, Zebra Rock out on
Packsaddle Road is the place to go....shady for the van amongst the mango trees.
Hope this helps.
