The Nomads
This camper was stolen from Hoppers Crossing on Thursday 8th November 2012.
Camper details.
Cub Supermatic Escape with Trans Continental Pack.
White, steel construction
First registered May 2004
Registration Number Q31-388
Chassis Number 6FESM44444K002370
Serial Number 1857669
Included Cub “Add-a-room” option consisting of Deluxe Annex roof, two end walls, side wall, and draft skirt.
Distinguishing features.
Additional Velcro patches have been hand sewn onto the camper canvas wall where the annex roof poles attach to the camper by Velcro.
The camper floor behind the kitchen door has been painted with black Bitumous paint, and a drain hole has been drilled through the floor at the front of the camper in the painted area. An Aluminium angle has been installed in front of the kitchen drawer sliders to prevent
water entering further into the camper.
A 240V power outled has been installed high on the kitchen-side wall just aft of the rear camper lid latch.
An embroidered patch has been glued and sewn low onto the canvas wall at the floor level of the camper body, just forward of the door zipper. The patch was a map of Australia and the words "The Nomads" and the names "Ray and Maya". It covers a tear in the canvas.
Anyone seeing this camper is asked to contact the Werribee Police on 03 9742 9444 quoting the Incident No. 120336271.
