Hzj 75 waterpump

G'day all.
Changing my water pump on the troopy (94 hzj 75) just wondering anything else to change or look for while I'm at it? Obviously timing belt, fan belts etc

Maybe remove and test the thermostat and get the radiator flushed/serviced if you have it out. May also pay to fit new hoses if you haven't changed them in a while.
That should have the whole cooling system ship shape for the coming summer months.

G'day,

Replace timing belt tensioner bearing & cam seal, some belt kits include these. Use a wire loop to remove tensioner spring to replace you can use a grooved screw driver be prepared to have your sense of humour tested. It makes things so much easier to remove the radiator and surround the ideal time to clean & flush.
