I have restored the version from Friday night has fixed it.

The reason I have been having problems is my desktop system (including the full development system) dropped disk drives on Friday and for some weird reason the mirrored drive also went away causing me to spend the weekend reloading my whole system from scratch and restoring backups. The long story is I upgrade the development software at the same time and it told me to make some changes and these broke the system - dooh......
Back to reloading my computer- sorry for the problem.
