i would really like it if any of you could fill a survey out about a caravan mover for my hsc major design project. i don't know much about caravans but i would really appreciate it if you take the time to fill out 10 short questions.

What do you mean by a caravan mover? One of the questions mentioned about sticky situations.
Are you referring to a transport company as a caravan mover?

Peter I thinking those little things that can move the van around. As for the sticky situation im thinking like around a tight corner in the yard that you cant use the car properly. If you read on it asks about petrol, Battery....... that counts out a transport company.

I understand what you are saying, and yes my wrong for not putting enough clarity in my survey. But basically my definition of one is: a hand operated motorised trolley (usually four
wheels but can be more or less depending on the set durability) connected to the caravan goose neck to maneuver a caravan into tight positions with ease and comfort. Sorry if I didn't make it clear enough but thank you for the criticism. Much appreciated.
Here is a representation (
mine will hopefully be much stronger and slighly larger though)

(I'm just new to this
forum so I posted another one by accident)

my only trouble is, if i explain what one is, it will ruin my responses and make them useless as I am only allowed one question, yet i can design another survey. any ideas on what question i should remove which you feel is the most irrelevant coming from a person that has actually completed it?
Much appreciated

Hi Brendan. I wonder about Q8. I don't think it matters what age users are as there is all types of proficiencies in the towing fraternity. I have put a detailed response in my Q10 answer. This is one I mentioned
Caravan Mover
"Good onya" for having a go. Hope you get some informative replies. Bob.

For me it matters about age because I have to sort out a target market both related to age and the needs of the user. But thank you for the criticism, it is all taken into consideration

Hi Brendan. Target markets do not necessarily need to be age driven, although your project may dictate that you need such a market. Your target market could
well be 'caravan users'. A product such as yours would be just as useful to a new caravan user as a '
grey nomad user.
My camper trailer has a "Mako Mule' jocky wheel system that allows me to steer and move it around after it is unhitched, and it is very handy. A motorised version would be sheer luxury.
Good luck with the project. Being married to a (now retired) Design and Tech teacher, I have been able to see some of the outstanding work that such projects produce.

Gday Brendan
If you are a high school student and know nothing about caravans, i think your questionere is very understandable.
Well done and i hope you do
well in your exams.
