Wow..I am so impressed at the speed with which my parcel arrived. I ordered it yesterday around lunch time and it was delivered before 9am today to South Coast NSW, all the way from WA. I have already had a quick look through the books I ordered in preperation for 2013 trip. Thanks once again for the great service.

Thanks Heather, great to hear your positive comments! We should just correct you on one point though - all
shop orders are packed and delivered from South Australia, not WA. Only our admin office is in WA now, but the warehouse and dispatch is in Dudley
