Repair to soft top CT

Good evening everyone.
I have a Castaway soft top CT that was purchased form Castaway in Sumner
Park,
Brisbane, in about 2007. The zipper that holds the soft top travel cover to the base has failed and needs to be replaced. The top half of the zipper is of course attached to the removable cover and the bottom half is attached to a small skirt that is attached to the trailer itself. Looks like a major job to replace the zip.
Any suggestions on what to do? I am not sure if Castaway is still in Sumner
Park - anyone know? I intend to call a number I have tomorrow.
If anyone has had a similar experience, can you suggest a rough figure on repair cost?
I have not had to deal with this sort of thing before so any advice is appreciated.

Hi Keith
I had the same happen to my CT. I went to my local ( WA) canvas maker and they replaced it for me - bottom only as that was all that was broken.
All up took less than a day and the charged around $50.
I am sure any local canvas repairer in QLD should be able to do the same.
