Download from Treks

I am trying to download some of our saved trek files from the "Treks" page.
However every time I get to the 'Save trek file as' with a Oziexplorer option, the next window tells me that the file is being generated and then returns back to the "Treks" page without downloading the file. What am I doing wrong ?

Just give it a bit more time - the download function can take a little longer to build the full results. The pop up window may disappear before the download is ready. If this does not work let me know which files you are trying to download and I will test it out.

Hi David, I managed to download 2 of my trek files. However there is one that I cannot download.
Treks>User treks>Members>Member-George (WA)>Holidays Tracking Log ( the 3rd one down)
Perhaps the file is too large. Cheers

David, this is the error message I get when I try to download that trek file to a GPX file
Server Error
Please return to the Home Page or navigate using the menu

George,
I am working on this but I have found a few major issues. In fact your file is causing the system to fall over for nearly 10 mins each time I try to download it. So can I ask for now please do not try to download this file again. I am working in User Treks 100% for the next few days after seeing this problem and will advise when I have the problems sorted. I need to convert the entire user treks database and adjust all the programs that talk to it. So for now please be patient and I will get it sorted.
