Today we started and finished the day in the thermal pools, very relaxing and chatting with fellow travellers picking up tips for the trip is always good.

We drove into town and had a walk around stopping at the Bank Art Museum building unfortunately it was closed, the 1911 federation bank building was beautiful.

Across the road was the Moree & District Historical Society & Plains Museum housed in the historic former New South Wales Lands Department building, a striking two-storey timber architectural gem designed by colonial architect Walter Liberty Vernon.

We then walked along Mehi River behind the tafe building and saw lots of local birdlife.

A drive out of town and we visited the Gum Flat Reserve and its wildlife.
