Today we went into town and had a look around the shops and foreshore.









After lunch I went to the Doll Museum. Aunty Joan's Dolly Mix is a flamboyant not for profit porcelain doll museum and event space inspired by a gold rush federation theme. The shop is painted depicting an Aussie take on a Victorian Christmas card toy store window scene adorned with Australian flowers and painted in Esperance ocean colours with a glittery sequin sign. Nearly 1000 porcelain dolls on display in a fantasy space decorated with burgundy silk and velvet draping, twinkling chandeliers, gold gilding and crazy wallpapers.
