ExplorOz Field Research Trip - June 2002

Yes, we're off again for some R&R (research and relaxation). This time we leave Perth on the bitumen and head east to Kalgoorlie. Then we branch off along the public access section of the Trans Australia Railway Access Line as far as Rawlinna and then track north up the Connie Sue Highway. We take this as far as Neale Junction where we head east along the Anne Beadell Hwy into Coober Pedy. From here we plan to track north-east up to Dalhousie Springs via Oodnadatta and onto the Simpson Desert into Birdsville for a week's stop before returning back to Perth.

So, if you're also travelling this way and you spot a vehicle that looks like us then it probably is. Please feel welcome to come and say hello!
