• 2 sorts of "rewards" - ExplorOz Rewards and Advertiser's Rewards
• ExplorOz Rewards are:

1. A Member Money account to use as discounts on Adventure Shop orders. Click here to learn how you can earn Member Money.

2. Free standard postage when you buy more than AUD$60 in the Adventure Shop (excludes permits; delivery in Australia only). This is automatically applied to your cart.

3. A Free Display Trader Ad per year (worth $15)

4. Member Discounts are occasionally allocated to selected products in the Adventure Shop and are calculated automatically when you are logged on.

5. Member's Only Site Access - with a Member log on profile you get a red bar with buttons (links) only available to Members. This is how you can access the Member's Home Page which automatically builds links to all the parts of the site that have been updated/added since your last Member log on session (eg. complete list of site updates with hyperlinks to filtered Forum post/answers (showing only new content), ditto for Trader Ads, Trek Feedbacks, New Trek Notes, New Business Listings, Fuel Prices, Past Newsletters, Latest News items and a reminder of when your Membership expires.

6. Members Only Newsletter - No more than 1 newsletter per month and kept to specific issues relating to Membership, such as notice of specials and new membership features.

• Advertisers Rewards are:

  1. as stated by the Advertisers on the Rewards Page and redeemed on presentation of your valid ExplorOz Membership card. This is a great program with loads of potential Australia-wide. The more advertisers that list on ExplorOz the better the rewards for you. 

Even so, some people choose to be a Member simply to pay for using it. A common comment we get from new members is: 

"I use the site daily and I feel slack for using your invaluable information and not paying. I'm more than happy to pay for the use of the Road Conditions, the Forum and the trek notes by becoming a member.  It's really worth it to me."
