Dynamic Mapping with iMapPlot |

Over the last few weeks we have been building one of the most exciting
new developments on ExplorOz, "iMapPlot". iMapPlot is a
full Spatial GIS Internet mapping development that produces true
scaling & zooming maps in real time. At this stage we are
linking the iMapPlot system to some of our core data. You can get a
glimpse in three of our Western Desert Treks being Canning
Stock Route, Gunbarrel
Highway & Hunt
Oil Road. There is also a new shop map geometry feature which
uses iMapPlot to show you the area covered by the maps available in
the Adventure Shop. A preview of this functionality is available,

National Poll Results |

Last week, we launched a National
Online Poll to spark debate on the issue of 4WD Vehicle
Advertising and to seek your views on a challenge to Advertising
Agencies currently being put together by leading 4WD businesses and
Clubs in W.A. over the appropriateness of the advertising campaigns
used by manufacturers to sell their vehicles. The
Poll has now closed after operating for 7 days and receiving 1197 entries.
91% (1,085) voted
in support of the challenge, and 9% (112) voted against. We
appreciate this was a very contentious issue but wish to thank
