Forum Sponsors

Cobb continues to sponsor the Forum and as part of this excellent high-profile advertising campaign, we include a short promotional review.

The Cobb Cooker is a high quality, stainless steel BBQ cooker, that is rapidly growing popularity amongst campers who want to prepare good food with minimum fuss. The Cobb is nothing like a camp oven, as it uses heat beads and has far more versatility in what you can cook on it. Check out the comments on our Forum for stories from owners by entering the keyword "Cobb" in our search facility.

A note for prospective advertisers - 2 weeks of Forum Sponsorship @ $16.50/day = $231 brings around 93,000 page views featuring your banner in the right margin of the Forum with link to your website, typically bringing over 300 hits to the sponsors website. Multiple sponsors can appear with logos running down the right margin.

Changes to business operations

Although Michelle and David have a new baby, business continues as usual with a few slight changes:

For the next few months Michelle is only contactable in the first instance via email.  Michelle will focus predominately on New Business/Advertising and will continue to publish the User and Customer newsletters as usual.

For all other matters please redirect your enquiries as follows:

  1. Check out our new FAQs page first (under the About Us menu)
  2. Call Juliana for all other general enquiries, including shop orders, payments, membership, road condition information etc by phone or email
  3. Juliana will redirect you to David for technical or management consultation where required.

Please continue to use our Feedback Form (relocated under the About Us menu) so we can appropriately deal with your enquiry.

New Trek Note

The Pilbara is the focus of both media attention with recent incidents at Karijini National Park and it is also the region through which the WA Variety Club 4WD Adventure will traverse in just 13 weeks time.

Find out more about the lesser known areas in the Pilbara in our new Trek Note that covers the eastern fringe including Shay Gap, Carrawine Gorge, Eel Pool, Marble Bar and Nullagine. This trip is a wonderful diversion off the highway at 80 Mile Beach and ends in Newman.
