Glengyle Bridge over Eyre
Creek was officially opened by the Honourable Vaughan Johnson MLA on the 3rd December 1997. The memorial is located on the Eastern Side of Eyre
Creek on Cluny Station.
The bridge deck is submerged at a
water level of 3.3 m. This has happened 6 times since it was built, always in the January to March wet season.
