Logan's
Lookout is at
the summit of Mount French in the Mount French National
Park. The
park is located just a 15 minute drive west from the Scenic Rim town of
Boonah.
The
lookout is at the top of a rhyolite
cliff that is popular with climbers and only a 230 metre walk from the walk in
camping and
parking areas provided for climbers and other visitors.
Views are of the eastern wall of the Main Range and the surrounding farm lands. The Cunningham Highway runs through the view and its track up the range to Cunningham's Gap can be clearly seen.
