The Balladonia Track (also Parmango Road) is an unmaintained, rough 4x4 track, officially closed by the Shire of
Dundas but still travelled, featuring corrugations, bull dust holes (deep if wet), washouts, and sandy patches, requiring low tyre pressure and self-sufficiency; it's extremely slippery and difficult when wet, potentially impassable. Conditions are highly variable, so always check with locals and monitor weather for rain before attempting, as it's not a maintained road and recovery is your responsibility.
