washouts - not suited to vans. Low range in parts may be required. Several really good
roper river campsites near river gauging station. Old faded
sign requests visitors do not cut down trees which are of special significance to aboriginal people. Take extreme care of crocs when fishing or standing anywhere near the river bank.
