Lake Kepwari was formerly a
mine and is now filled with
water from the Collie River making it perfect for
water based activities and lakeside
camping.
The calm waters are ideal for swimming and canoeing activities. There is a designated
water ski area on the lake with
boat ramp and
parking for boat trailers.
Toilets, barbecues and shelters.
Fishing is permitted in season and a fishing licence is required. There are no rubbish
bins. Dogs are permitted if kept on leash at all times. Tank
water is available but is not treated. Generators are permitted from 8am-6pm, provided they are not overly noisy. Campfires are only permitted seasonally, for use in provided fire rings only. The usual permitted season is April – November. These dates may be extended.
Bring your own firewood.
