Speed limit only drops to 80km/hr allowing traffic to pass through this residential village of just a few premises, school and cafe.
Toilets are offered to the use of the travelling public but not much else. The Flinders Hwy crosses the river that would be an impressive sight when flowing, but is normally sandy and dry.
