All of the land on the South side of Point Riley road down to the high
water mark is private property. It includes all the tracks dunes and cliffs. It may not be signed private property due to a problem with constant signage theft. The coast to the North is ok for access.
Therefore, to avoid accidentally trespassing you should avoid turning South from Point Riley road.
