Visitors must check in at the Cheela Plains Station Stay reception to pay an access fee, collect a map, and get the gate key/permit before heading out.Perentie Fall is an easy 600-metre return walking trail located along the Beasley River bed starting from Mussel Pool at Cheela Plains Station Stay. An easy walk up the river bed under the shade of cajaput trees. Features bird songs and views of the area's iconic sedimentary Banded Iron Formation.
