MS Oliva Valetta life boat found washed up on a Coorong Beach in the Southeast South Australia after parting ways from the ship that ran a ground on the Nightingale Islands South Pacific between South Africa and South America , it was a drift for 99 weeks. ABC News in Australia reported on 6th February 2013 that the lifeboat from the wrecked bulk carrier MS Oliva was washed up on a beach in South Australia.The lifeboat was found by Nick Balmer when he went fishing and reported that it was in good condition after its long journey.It was removed from
the beach with heavy equipment and a low loader truck and taken to be restored and placed on show at
Kingston . It was discovered by some recreational fishermen that alerted marine safety to the discovery.
